In Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 60 m² south-facing flat is 400 meters from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : - A 13 m² living room with sofa bed and TV - An open-plan kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and TV - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), with desk (teleworking possible) and TV - Shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : Bed linen and towels are included - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be paid to our local service provider). - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. - Baby equipment can be hired: cot, high chair and playpen. - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
