You'll settle into a bright, air-conditioned apartment with large picture windows and a balcony or garden to enjoy the sun and your vacation. The interior, decorated with care and relaxing colors, offers you a cozy nest perfect for a family stay. And there's even more: the solarium and heated swimming pool on the roof terrace (open from April to October)! Perfectly exposed to the sun, it offers a splendid view of the surrounding area for long moments of idleness.

Perched 300 m above sea level, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is a picturesque medieval village facing the Mediterranean. Just 26 km from Nice, it borders Monaco (8 km), Menton (2 km) and the Italian border. Protected from northerly winds, it enjoys a particularly mild climate. - The residence is just 8 km from the world-famous city of Monaco, where you can visit the church of Sainte-Dévote, Monaco Cathedral, and the Monte Carlo Casino built by Charles Garnier, architect of the Paris Opera. - With its 7km of landscaped beaches, the resort boasts the beauty of a cape with luxurious villas. - Make a diversion to the village of Villefranche-sur-Mer, 23 km away, with its chapel of Saint-Pierre and its citadel, Saint-Elme. - The many leisure and water sports activities on offer in the surrounding area will appeal to the whole family: golf, tennis, horse riding, sailing, kayaking and water skiing.

Reception opening hours: - Every day from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 - In July and August, reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 on Saturday

The outdoor swimming pool is open from April to October.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Price includes: all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi, 2 bathrobes and access to the residence's outdoor heated swimming pool.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
