The brand new residence Nemea is in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand. Less than 5 minutes walk from the "Place de Jaude" with all the restaurants, shopping centers and public transportation (tramway JAUDE and many bus).
The apartment is fully equiped with a kitchen area (microwave, fridge, glass ceramic hotplate and kitchenware), the living area with a desk, a TV, a sofa-bed with pull-out bed (= 2 single beds next to each other) many storage unit and the bathroom.
Free wifi in the apartment and you will have free access to the gym area, laundromat and co-working space of the residence open 24/7.
