This town with its rich architectural heritage lies between Houlgate (3 km) and Cabourg (2 km). - Dives-sur-Mer, the largest marina in Basse-Normandie, boasts a remarkable heritage with its 11th-century church and its William the Conqueror Art Village, a former 16th-century coaching inn. - Just a short distance from the residence, discover the town of Houlgate and its emblematic monument, the Grand Hôtel, as well as its casino and some 300 Belle Epoque villas. - The weekly market is held in the 15th-century Halles Médiévales, and you can also visit the lively Halle aux Poissons (fish market), where you can find the fruits of coastal fishing.
