Located in Avrieux, the Résidence Plein Soleil offers apartments and studios in the heart of the Haute Maurienne ski resorts. A ski room and sauna are available at Plein Soleil. Individually decorated in a mountain style, the apartments and studios are fully equipped. Each is accessible by elevator and has a private bathroom with a bathtub and toilet (separate or not). They all have a kitchenette equipped with a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Some apartments and studios have a private balcony or terrace. Bed linen and towels included. Wi-Fi and TV included. Free outdoor parking. Free baby bed and chair on request. We offer in addition: - Classic sweet and savoury breakfast - Bread and pastries are available every morning from 8am at the reception. - Pets are allowed (10,80€/night or 60€/week) - Sauna (at the end of the day only 6€/pers/ 30 min session) - Indoor covered parking (12€/night or 42€/week) - Laundry and dryer (7,5€/machine) - Raclette and fondue machine rental (5€/day/machine) The Résidence Plein Soleil is located 10 minutes drive from the ski resorts of La Norma, Aussois and Valfrejus and close to the 3 Valleys ski resort, accessible by the Orelle cable car.

Our team does everything possible to welcome you in the best conditions. Currently in restructuring, all the opinions are good to take into account, do not hesitate to share your experience with us... We are listening to you and this can considerably help us in our development.

Avrieux, a small village in the French Alps is very quiet. Nearby, many hikes are offered to you. Refresh yourself with the Cascade de Saint-Benoit located only 500 meters away... The perfect spot in any season ! Aussois & La Norma are two beautiful ski resorts less than 10km from your accommodation... Family and sunny, Aussois is perfect to combine sport and sun. La Norma is also a family resort, with a northern exposure, the sun is rarer but the snow much more formidable for the faithful skiers! Finally, historical forts located less than 4km away can be visited, explored and photographed... Beautiful adventures await you here.

The reception is open to the public every day from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.

A hotline is available every day from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the reception to arrange your arrival.

We inform you that the accommodations 'Studio with balcony (for 2 people) and 'Studio with balcony (4 people)' are equipped with a convertible sofa bed (considered as 1 double bed) and a bunk bed.

TV and Wi-Fi included.

Please note that in addition to the free outdoor parking on site, covered parking is available for €12/night.

For last minute reservations without credit card details, guests must arrive before 19:00 or have to provide credit card details before reception closure.
