Location saisonnière : Studio meublé situé au rdc d’une maison individuelle avec accès indépendant. Exposé plein sud. Chambre: Lit double avec matelas Suisse qualité supérieure. TV écran plat et système Son BOSE. Armoire, canapé lit BZ, bureau, tapis, linge de lit. Salle de bain individuelle avec baignoire et douche. Machine à laver, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, serviettes. Kitchenette équipée : four micro-ondes, frigo, plaque de cuisson. Les assiettes, verres , casseroles, poêle, machine à café, théière.
Nous sommes une famille de 4 plus notre jeune Labrador.
1 KM du Lycée international, 2 KM de Science PO St Germain en Laye, à 15 mn en bus du RER A (20 mins RER A Champs Élysée), l'arrêt du bus se trouve à 200 m, accès au jardin, au calme et dans la verdure... rue calme et facile pour se garer.
