Rose Barn is a pretty barn conversion set in beautiful gardens. The property is very well equipped and offers all you could need for a relaxing self catering holiday and is packed full of original features. Downstairs is open plan with a newly fitted kitchen, dining and sitting area with log burner for the colder days. On the first floor there are 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and vanity unit and the second with a double and single bed. There is a separate toilet and shower room. Guests are welcome to make use of the summer kitchen and entertainment area in the gardens where they will find a BBQ, dining and lounging area. A welcome hamper is provided including a bottle of local wine.
Hi! We are Eve and Erica, the new owners of Rose Barn. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful property and sharing all that the region has to offer. Our main objective is to ensure that guests have the best stay possible. We are keen on the outdoors and have a selection of bicycles that guests are welcome to use. Our love of flowers and plants is evident in the beautiful gardens which attract a wide range of birds and wildlife. We speak multiple languages, including English, French, and Dutch.
Rose Barn is set amongst the vineyards and Chateaux of the Anjou region of the Loire Valley. The Barn is surrounded by a wide range of vineyards where you are welcome to taste the local wines, the nearest of which is within walking distance. There are a number of beautiful towns and villages within an hour's drive, including Angers and Saumur where there are a wide variety of shops as well as local markets. In the summer months there are a number of festivals and events, many of which center on the best the region has to offer especially wine and music. The Barn is surrounded by a range of tourist attractions that will ensure that all age groups are entertained, these include theme parks, animal parks, outdoor pursuits, historic monuments and gardens. Rose Barn is also around 1 hour 30 minutes to the coast, where you will find stunning beaches and islands. For those guests who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday at the Barn, there is a lovely heated pool, garden games as well as a selection of books and games.
