A magnificent apartment located directly on Place Masséna in a historic building with tasteful decoration. The beach is a 1-minute walk away, the restaurants at the foot of the building. The apartment is located on the top floor (lift accessible from the first floor) and overlooks a totally quiet interior courtyard. It consists of a large bedroom, a second duplex bedroom and a large sunny living room with a TV lounge area and large dining room. The bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable king size beds.
A prime location in Nice. The apartment is located in the central Massena square in a nice building. The sea is 100 meters away, the square and the pedestrian street at the foot of the building, Le Vieux Nice is 100 meters away. During the summer the square hosts various shows and activities during the day, the artists play the piano, the guitar, the groups do dance, magic tricks, etc ... You can enjoy this unique atmosphere downstairs. 'apartment. A large park with fountains and children's games stretches out just across the square. The most luxurious street in town with boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Tiffany, Chanel ... begins on the right side of the building.
