LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and expansive mountain views. Take some time off, and kick back in this beautiful new 3 bedroom south facing apartment with a view to the mountains and La Fare waterfall. Located right next to the main ski lifts with only 50m the walk is less than a minute. The apartment is spacious with its 73 m2 with 3 bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes, two bathrooms, open plan living space and 2 balconies. One large balcony equipped with a table and chairs, plus lounge chairs, made for enjoying an apres ski and the great views. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, with a bathtub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (adult size). The large entry has ample room for everyone’s ski clothing and boots Entering the spacious kitchen/living area you will be met by the amazing views from 2 sides of the room. The living area has a comfortable sofa, 2 chairs and a flat screen TV, Neflix and AppleTV login and Fibernet. There is ample space for 6 around the dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine with build-in dryer. We have made an effort to upgrade the interior to give it a cozy feel.
Vaujany is a great small village, a hidden gem in the French Alps featuring south facing views and has a great family feel to it. Our building itself is cozy and home to 15 apartments. On the ground floor you conveniently have access to a great bakery and creperie as well as a well-appointed sports store for your ski and summer activity gear and rentals. The building also has a small movie theater, library, and a local museum. Ski school (ESF) is located by the main lifts next to the apartment building. Additionally, you can enjoy time in the nearby public pool, bowling alley and ice-skating rink. With timely prebooking Vaujany municipality offers childcare to visitors. Across the street you will find an excellent 4-star restaurant and spa hotel. The apartment is really in a prime location, and everything is in short walking distance.
