About this property

Résidence Les Châtaigniers is located in a 3-hectare park, in the heights of Saint Jorioz, 2 km from Lake Annecy and 9 km from Annecy. The residence offers apartments, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, furnished and standard rooms (without kitchenette). All apartments have a balcony with a view of the mountains or direct access to the garden, do not hesitate to specify your preference when booking. Each apartment includes a kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils. It includes a TV and a bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub. The rooms at the Residence have a private bathroom and a TV. The hotel has 2 swimming pools including: 1 indoor pool open every day and 1 seasonal outdoor pool (unheated), open from May to September. With your accommodation, you will have access to a volleyball court, a squash court, a tennis court, a pétanque court, ping-pong tables and a weight training area. The Residence has a restaurant and a bar, open from May to September by reservation. From May to September we offer a sweet and savory buffet breakfast at an additional cost. From September to May we offer a continental breakfast at an additional cost. We draw your attention to the fact that the residence does not offer wifi or air conditioning.
