La conciergerie Ducos is the story of a brother and sister from Bordeaux who, drawing on their experience in luxury hospitality, decided to create a private concierge service. This service would offer travelers the best possible experience while allowing property owners to benefit from complete management of their short-term rental listings.

T2, located in a secure residence with a swimming pool. The accommodation is bright, quiet, and ideally equipped for your comfort. A secure, covered, and free parking space is available throughout your stay. Bright and peaceful apartment, located in a residence, including: One bedroom with a double bed (140/200) and a large closet. An open-plan fully equipped kitchen. A living room with a convertible sofa bed (140/200) and a television. A dining area with seating for 4 people. A bathroom. A toilet. We provide bed linen, towels, and essential products (washing machine capsules, shower gel, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, coffee, tea, sugar, and toilet paper).

The location is perfect: 500 m from tram C, bus line 15, and Ausone station, allowing for easy and quick travel. Bonus: A large park just a stone's throw from the residence! A perfect place to relax and explore the region.
