Property information

A newly renovated, simple and friendly star-studded studio. Ideally located in the heart of a town in the Saint-Malo region, 6 minutes from Saint-Malo, 6 minutes from Cancale, on the road to Mont-Saint-Michel, and in the center of many beaches. You will have access to all amenities on foot. A code will be given to you so you don't have to worry about time constraints. A travel cot is available upon request, subject to availability. Linens are available upon request for those who cannot bring their own (departure before 10 a.m. if provided And supply possible even at the last minute). The first roll of toilet paper and the first trash bag are provided. Cleaning must be done before your departure to leave the apartment as it was when you arrived. A cleaning option is available for 30 euros, excluding dishes, to be paid to the on-site housekeeper, whom I will notify if you wish this option. We have a 4-space parking lot; if it is full, many free spaces are available around it (see photo). A detailed message with the codes will be sent to your booking email address one week before your arrival. Please confirm receipt. I can be reached by message daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
