## The space This spacious 130 m² loft, fully air-conditioned, will win you over with its unique volumes and atypical charm. Nestled behind a large gate and a private walled courtyard, it offers an intimate and friendly setting. Located on the first floor of a typical house, it has a large, bright living area opening onto a pleasant terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. On the main floor there is a functional bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a children's bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm), providing a comfortable space for younger guests. On the upper floor, a mezzanine opens onto the living area and houses a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. There is also a bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed and a second bathroom for added convenience. Ideal for comfortably accommodating 6 people, this spacious loft can easily be adapted to accommodate up to 8 tenants thanks to its modular layout. Perfectly located in the charming village of Vias, just 2. 5 km from the beaches, it is the ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends, combining comfort, space and proximity to the sea.

## The neighborhood Stays in July and August: Bookings are only possible from Sunday to Sunday. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory. If cleaning fees are not included in your booking, they must be paid on-site upon arrival. Outside July and August: End-of-stay cleaning is optional. You can either do it yourself or ask our team to handle it (optional service). Security deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon your arrival. Bed linen and towels: Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels. Linen kits are available on request (additional charge). House rules: Youth groups are not accepted. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
