Located in the exciting district of Vieux Lyon, this pleasant studio apartment is within easy reach of Lyon's main attractions: a 10-minute walk from Perrache station and a 20-minute metro ride from Part-Dieu station. The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) and overlooks the building's inner courtyard, so it's very quiet. It features a comfortable queen-size bed with HD TV, a small sitting area with 2 chairs, and a very well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area opens onto the bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and separate WC, thanks to a glass roof that makes the whole area very bright. A private terrace in front of the apartment entrance and a private, secure parking space in the building's basement complete the package. WIFI available, bed linen and towels included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a traveler's guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses. Entrance to the premises is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a connected lock. Checkout is scheduled until 11am maximum on the day of your departure. ** Our extras ** Late check-out until 1pm possible for an additional 18E (request to be made the day before at the latest). The entire Memorable Place team is mobilized to guarantee you the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used. As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment, as is smoking inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.
