Property information

Furnished and equipped apartment for 6 people, with sea view balcony and private parking. Residence Les Pins located 50m from the beach and shops. Beautiful apartment completely renovated with taste, located on the 3rd and last floor. The apartment has an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Tassimo coffee maker), a bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet, a cabin with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a 140x200 bed for 2 people, a living room with television and 140x200 sofa bed. A Balcony with Sea View. Two Parking Spaces. Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit/single bed kit/towel kit: with one large and one small towel). WIFI BOX rental You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check). Not suitable for PRMs. The tourist tax is extra. The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
