Ideally situated in a lively area close to close to all amenities and the main roads, just one stone’s throw away from grocery stores (LIDL, Picard and La Patàpain). We provide you with fully equipped apartments, whose address is 25 rue Jules Massenet in Angouleme. Appartements include a fitted kitchenette: vitroceramic cooktop, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, fridge, combination microwave… There is also a desk and a connected TV. It is possible to park just in front of the building (car park). Fibre optic internet connection and unlimited access to the laundry room. Totally renovated in 2020. ll the openings are double-gazed windows. Eco-efficient heating system (SAUTER)
Available at all hours but discreet (even invisible if you want total autonomy).
The city center is about 20min walk and less then 10min by bus and car Bus stops near the apartment : Rabion, Sillac , Aquitaine (BHNS A et B) -> See Möbius By car it's very easy to drive in Angouleme! You have à lot of free parkings and it's easy to get to Cognac (35min)
