I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 30 square meters studio with balcony located in the heart of the 18th district of Paris. You will stay at 10 minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur. I wish you a very good stay ! ## Logement I am delighted to welcome you in my apartment located in the heart of Paris. My apartment is brand new and bright. You will like it ! It is composed of a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a television, a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Vacuum cleaner, Microwave, Iron. You will have a beautiful balcony which will be very appreciated. My accommodation will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay, the advantage is that it is located near various public transport. You can also walk or bike! A large square is located at the foot of the building, and you will be only 10 minutes walk from the Sacré-Coeur, and 5 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouges, which are emblematic sites of the capital!

Neighbourhood information

The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
