T2 apartment of 47m2 with a 17m2 terrace and a secure, enclosed parking space. This flat is located in a new residence completed in October 2019. - Living room with open-plan kitchen, HD TV and 140cm sofa bed for 2 people. - Kitchen with fridge, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven... everything you need for cooking. - A spacious bedroom with a comfortable Queen Size bed. - A bathroom with shower adjoining the bedroom. - A separate WC - A terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. - Everything you need for your baby: dishes, umbrella bed, high chair. Workers will appreciate the free Wi-Fi available throughout the accommodation. There are no steps or stairs to access the accommodation. Pets are welcome freely in respect with the neighborhood. The residence is equipped with a closed and secure bike park.
I welcome you in my apartment wich is prepared to be inviting and respectful. Efforts of Myriam and myself target that you will feel good and calm.
You will find all stores, restaurants that you may need in the neighborhood. You can live your car in the garage. Tram station l'Aube rouge is at 1 minute walking; the bakery is even nearest.
