Property information

Welcome to this 44m² flat in the heart of CLUSES, which can accommodate up to 3 people! (with CCTV cameras in the common areas to ensure peace and quiet in the building and compliance with the rules). You will be asked to provide proof of identity via the secure BOOKING messaging system before receiving your check-in instructions. Located 40 minutes from GENEVA and CHAMONIX and 50 minutes from ANNECY, easily accessible by motorway, and a 2-minute walk from the train station. You will enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay, with a large, bright bay window facing south and no neighbours opposite. You will have a 160 cm queen-size bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub, but you can only use it as a shower in order to comply with our ‘ECO-responsible’ policy. You can also enjoy some fresh air on the 6m² terrace overlooking green spaces with mountain views. Free parking spaces are available around the property. We are located at the foot of the ‘DU GRAND MASSIF’ ski resorts. The entrance is independent with a key box (instructions will be sent to your booking email address the day before your arrival). All that remains are the little touches that welcome you as gifts at Terracotta Home...
