Completely renovated, this two-room apartment of 42 m2 with all comforts will be perfect for a tourist stay and can accommodate up to 4 people. You will appreciate its location in a luxury and secure residence with private access to the beach. Looking forward to seeing you:) ## Logement Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and has: - a living room with dining area and 140 x 190 convertible sofa - a fully equipped and functional kitchen - a bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 x 200 - a bathroom with walk-in shower - a balcony with breathtaking views of the beach and the sea You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay, namely: private parking, wifi, television, oven and microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. You will find two restaurants just a stone's throw away (open from March to November), a bakery 200 m away and a "Carrefour Market" supermarket 15 minutes' walk away. Welcome :) ## Emplacement This seaside resort boasts a special charm, with its historical and architectural heritage bearing witness to the commune's wealth in previous centuries. The dynamic village of Benerville-sur-Mer attracts visitors all year round, with its beaches overlooking the English Channel and its lush, green landscape. It's not far from Deauville, the region's major tourist destination.
