Your well-being matters to us, whether you’re stretching, pausing, or simply slowing down — we offer a few gentle ways to reconnect while you’re with us. Step into our yoga studio and join us for Bikram Hot Yoga, or ease into David’s Hatha and Yin sessions — slower, quieter, and just as nourishing. Tom, our massage therapist, offers traditional Thai massage in the studio. His sessions last an hour, and they’re deeply restorative. This is our home, and we’re delighted to share it with you.

More than a place to stay — it’s where you slow down. Here you’ll find space to breathe, room to roam, and time to truly unwind. Explore medieval villages, sip wine in Saint‑Émilion, or nap beneath our 300‑year‑old cedar trees — peace and privacy come naturally. We care deeply about sustainable travel. From solar power to composting, filtered water and reusable bottles, we keep things simple and low‑impact. Here, sustainability isn’t a slogan — it’s how we live. Whether you want to move, swim, or simply exhale — we’ve created spaces to help you recharge. Our heated 10m salt‑water pool with counter‑current, and bikes are ready for you. Our gym and yoga studio, in a converted pigsty, also include an infrared sauna. Our food is homemade, seasonal, and nourishing because good nutrition is true wellbeing. We serve dinners four nights a week (Saturday through Tuesday) guided by the seasons and whatever’s tasting best. Breakfast here is all about delicious simplicity. Enjoy fresh pastries and breads, homemade granola, yoghurt, boiled eggs, seasonal fruit, and our own plum and elderberry jams. If you have dietary needs, just let us know, we’ll be happy to accommodate. We have five guest rooms and one apartment, each offering you a truly restful night’s sleep — with super king‑size beds (or twins, if you prefer), ensuite bathrooms, and doors that open onto private terraces. The apartment offers a little more room to stretch out, with two terraces — one for sunrise, one for sunset — overlooking the orchard and our pool. You’ll sleep in organic cotton bed linen, with soft organic towels and eco‑friendly toiletries waiting in the bathroom.

The Old Presbytery is situated in the french countryside and surrounded by orchards and vineyards. We are only 1 hour drive from Bordeaux and 30 minutes from Bergerac and ideally located to explore the Bordeaux wine region, Saint-Émilion UNESCO world heritage site, Chemin de Compostelle route and the many beautiful castles and medieval towns in Gironde and Dordogne. The best way to explore our region is by car or bike.
