This 60 m² bungalow with sea view, less than a kilometre from the beach, is available to rent in the commune of Lumio. It can accommodate up to 6 people, 2adults and 4 kids. It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 100 m². The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa etc. - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeps for kids) - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A shower room with shower and WC - A shower room with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A lovely 100 m² private garden - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The bungalow is semi-detached on one side only and not overlooked. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
