This luxury holiday home is located a 7-minute walk from the Dordogne river and between the rolling hills. The immediate area offers something for everyone: you can go hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing on the Dordogne, visit the many caves or perhaps a castle? Markets are plentiful and you can do your shopping in Souillac in no time. The ideal place for a holiday! La Crabichonnière has everything! There is a nice private swimming pool with enough space around it, and is equipped with the necessary sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Directly at the house is a very large covered terrace, after which you enter the living and dining room. This space consists of a large open kitchen. Furthermore in this house there are three bedrooms, including a "master bedroom" which is equipped with a private bathroom. The other two rooms have a shared bathroom. Finally, there is enough fenced space around the house to park the car. Better yet, you will be provided with a carport under which you can park your car.
Is it your first time in the Dordogne? Or are you simply in love with this region and you don't want to go anywhere else? We, Hans and Anne, owners of this beautiful holiday home, can say with conviction, after much travel experience, that this has become our favorite area, and we certainly do not want to leave. Twenty years ago we, as Dutch hotello's, moved with our two girls to this beautiful country where we took over a trout farm. So quite a change! But we look back with pride on what we have managed to set up at the trout farm Le Gouffre du Blagour. Are you curious about our company? Check out our website , or come by! Besides the fact that we are the proud owners of this beautiful company, we are also the proud parents of two beautiful daughters. Our youngest daughter is currently studying at the Hogere Hotelschool in Leeuwarden and our oldest daughter will graduate from the Hogere Hotelschool in Leeuwarden in 2021. They both chose to study in the Netherlands after all. Our eldest daughter Karlijn is responsible for the rental of our holiday home and the contact will also go through her. Enjoy our beautiful place and we wish you many beautiful memories!
