Very very nice fully equipped two bedrooms quiet apartment in private chalet. Main floor with magnificent views, south facing balcony and secluded summer terrace under a walnut tree. Ideal two couples. Aircon in main room set to 24c if temperature over 31c has door window sensor to turn it off if open. Bbq, pizza oven, private terrace, Full kitchen and Italian style bathroom. Wifi Fibre, Tv TNT plus. Access to mountain, lake, Chateau. Parking for 1 normal car The kitchen includes, dish washer, fridge, separate freezer, hob, extractor, toaster, microwave grill combi, oven, and necessary accessories, pans, cutlery etc Bedding and towels included , you may if you wish bring your own bedding. BBq and pizza oven on private terrace, snow permitting. Christmas decorations.
I paraglide and ski and will be more than happy help you have a great experience. Facilities available in the area, Entertainment events happen throughout the year in, L Clusaz, Thones and Annecy La Grand Bornand including a big children's festival in August, music, cinema etc. Mountain walks, skiing snow boarding, swimming in the lake, paragliding, wake boarding, chateau, markets, adventure parks, via ferrata (x3), cycling including stages in Tour de France, mountain biking and specific downhill facilities etc are all here for your entertainment. And of course tractor racing (pedal!)
Access to many mountain walks. Summer entertainment, festivals full programs for La Grand Bornand and La clusaz on their websites, Lake Annecy within easy reach for swimming and other lake activities. Chateau Menthon St. Bernard 15mins. Annecy town and Chateau near by, easy access to Geneva airport etc
