You will find 1 modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have large, cosy 160cm beds, 2 spacious shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, and 1 250m² terrace. 1 TV with orange bouquet, netflix and disney+ free of charge are available. In addition, the large living room and kitchen are at your disposal to make you feel at home. Enjoy the large 15 x 5 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a vast 250m² terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor lounge. The pool is between 1.10 and 3 metres deep. The heated, salt-treated pool is fitted with a safety alarm to ensure that your children can swim in complete peace of mind. By car, the Cavu Valley is just 10 minutes away, ideal for walks, swimming in natural pools, relaxing by the river and outdoor adventures. 25 minutes from Porto-Vecchio. The walls of a 16th-century Genoese citadel form the backdrop to the old town, with views of the marina and its yachts. Shops, bars and restaurants line the town's narrow streets and main square, Place de la République. The beaches of Pinarellu, Favone and Saint Cyprien are less than 20 minutes away by car, perfect for sunny days. Just 30 minutes away, Solenzara offers exciting activities such as tree climbing, canyoning, via ferrata and kayaking. The idyllic beaches of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia, among the most beautiful in Corsica, are just 40 minutes away. Bonifacio, a must-see, is 50 minutes away, and the majestic Aiguilles de Bavella are an hour's drive away, ready to fill you with wonder. Conca is part of the Corsican Regional Nature Park. Set amid wooded hills and fertile valleys, Conca is the historic starting point for the GR20. Originally, the village of Conca was populated by shepherds who spent the winter here and made the summer transhumance to Casale, Paliri, Cappeddu and Bavella.
