Villa Bruyere is perfect for your holiday all year round. The French Riviera has it's own little micro climate and being outside in Winter is such a pleasure. The villa itself is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Towels and bed linen are provided. There are no hidden extras. The good quality air conditioning is simple to use. There is ample hot water for a shower or bath twenty-four hours a day. The tropical garden is secluded with beautiful flowers in blossom at all times of year. There is always something interesting to look at. The table-tennis table, BBQ, sun loungers and pool ensure that you will never be bored. The villa is situated in an ideal position and is so convenient for shops and bus stops. Whether you prefer to chill with a book or have family time in the pool, Villa Bruyere is ideal for you.

I am an artist and have spent many waking hours sketching and painting at Villa Bruyere. The light and peaceful garden make conditions ideal. When my husband and I (we are senior citizens) are staying in Villa Bruyere, we love to walk. Antibes is within half an hour's pleasant walk. We have actually walked to Cannes along the coast which is heartily recommended for the more energetic. The best walk of all though, in my opinion, is along the promenade of Juan les Pins beach. To stroll along, stopping occasionally for a coffee or a "plat de jour" at one of the many cafes or restaurants must be as close to heaven as is possible to reach. We also love browsing in the lovely markets. Friday is market day in Juan les Pins and Thursdays in Antibes. The Provencal Market in Antibes is open Monday - Friday mornings and the smells and colours are wonders to behold. We live in Scotland and, although I love Scotland, getting a dose of sunshine in Juan les Pins is a different world - all of my aches and pains disappear.

Villa Bruyere is in a perfect situation for all amenities. Juan les Pins beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Lovely bakers, cafes, restaurants, shops, tabac, family run mini-mart, supermarkets and bus stops are all within easy walking distance. The railway station is about twenty minutes walking distance away or ten minutes by bus. The villa is so convenient for visiting places of interest such as Antibes, Golfe Juan, Cannes, St.Paul de Vence, Monaco, Italy and Nice. A picturesque golf course is only a bus ride away. Tennis courts are a short walk away. The main attraction though is the beach with it's natural sand and shallow waters. The view of the Esterel Hills from the sea shore is truly magnificent.
