Agence Cocoonr B&P offers you in the commune of Villers-sur-Mer, this charming house air-conditioned with less than one kilometre of the beach, with jacuzzi, of a surface of 310 m ² and being able to accomodate to 10 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room, an open kitchen equipped on the dining room, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you will be able to enjoy a garden of approximately 600 m² as well as a terrace with what to satisfy your moments between friends or in family. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Outside : - A jacuzzi available all year round except in periods of heavy frost. - A beautiful garden of 600 m² and a terrace with furniture (trampoline, football pitches, table tennis...) to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks :- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with anti-intrusion security devices (alarms and radar). These devices are not cameras. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The pool table is for adults only. - As the gas for the barbecue is provided by the rental company, a thorough cleaning of the barbecue is required in exchange. - The heating can only be regulated using the owner's telephone. Please ask the manager for any changes. - The garage can be used to store bicycles. - The accommodation has motion detector radars which are not activated during stays. - The fasteners on the jacuzzi cover are fragile and should only be opened by adults. In the event of breakage, the fastener will be invoiced. - In the event of loss of keys and gate remote control, a deposit will be retained. - A landscaper will visit every fortnight during the week, working for approximately two hours each time. - The owners will not be held responsible for any technical problems, but undertake to provide solutions where necessary.

The house is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment within a residential area. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. The location of this accommodation will allow you to take advantage of a multitude of activities: walk along the coast, discovery of the cliffs of the black cows and the Greenwich meridian, visit of the Paleospace museum, swimming, mini-golf, horse riding, tennis, volleyball, bowling, paragliding, nautical pole, swimming.
