## The space We wanted to create an intimate residence offering discreet luxury and high-quality amenities, where the peaceful surroundings and natural environment would make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Our property is set in wooded grounds featuring a mix of native, exotic, and Mediterranean species, and comprises a villa and two luxury apartments that can accommodate up to 18 people. While we have reserved a private space for each place of stay, we also wanted to create shared living spaces with a large swimming pool (10x5m), a place for meeting and socializing by the water with a coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator available. There is also a multi-game area for everyone (petanque court, etc.). A gym and sauna are also available for guests to use free of charge. Completely independent, it occupies the entire first floor of the building, covering an area of 165m², and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
