This charming Belle Époque residence with a panoramic sea view from most of the rooms is situated in the classic coastal town of Menton, just a few minutes walk from the Italian border.
Resting in a very peaceful and unique location, where you can enjoy listening to cicadas chirping and bird song, whilst also within walking distance of Menton's old town and beaches.
It is easily accessible via direct train from Nice airport and by car and train from both France and Italy.
Ideal for extended family summer holidays or friends’ reunions, with plenty of activities in the town and nearby.
