This is a supervised beach, ideal for swimming and renowned for its kite-surfing spot. The villa is also within easy reach of several other beaches, including the Grande Plage in Les Sables d'Olonne. L'Estuaire du Payré, close to Plage du Veillon, is a natural site remarkable for its unique setting and unspoilt nature. Here, you can take a stroll and meet the oyster farmers of La Guittière, who are always ready to let you taste their products. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area, including horse riding, sand yachting, kite surfing, hiking, tennis and much more. On the way to Les Sables d'Olonne, the Aquarium de Vendée is less than 2 km away. A seafront cycle path leads from Les Sables d'Olonne along the Cayola bay and through the Bois de Saint Jean, the perfect backdrop for a bike ride. Gourmets will appreciate Cayola, a gourmet restaurant with an exceptional view over the Bay. Les Sables d'Olonne also boasts a number of excellent restaurants to suit all tastes, including Le Fatra, Le Quai des Saveurs and Les Chardons.
