The villa “La Côte du Chat” dating from the beginning of the 20th century is an atypical holiday and family home, full of charm and character.
Located in the heart of the village in a park planted with lime trees next to the castle, it dominates the valley of the Pays d'Hédé-Bazouges, 2 km from the Maison du Canal d'Ille-et-Rance and the famous site of the “11 locks “.
The 90m² house consists of 6 independent living rooms with sometimes over 3m high ceilings.
The house was renovated in 2021 for paints, lime plasters and bathroom fittings.
