The villa is 400 m2 on 2 levels with independent access. 1st level: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, wine cellar… overlooking a large dining room. A large living room with terrace, sea view. 2 master suites with bed 180x200cm, TV, one with a bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet and another with bathroom equipped with a shower, a bath and a toilet. An independent toilet. 2nd level: A reading room with TV and access to the pool terrace. 4 bedrooms all equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet of which 3 with beds 160x200cn and one with 2 beds 140x190 ideal for children. Exterior: Large swimming pool (salt), with overflow, sea view, with terrace equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and garden furniture, equipped with an alarm. Pool house equipped with 2 refrigerators, a plancha and a plate, with direct access to the swimming pool and the indoor kitchen. Cleaning and linen included in the rental, intermediate cleaning if several weeks booked with change of linen. Possibility of 1 chef at home and boat rental, private yoga classes. Sheets and towels provided. Fully fenced property with electric gate and private parking.
