Villa Lili Rose is a beautiful holiday home near the beach in the South of France, Le Lavandou (Var, Cote d’Azur). The holiday home with private pool has an exceptional location. Here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the islands of île de Porquerolles, l'île du Levant et Port Cros. Upon arrival at this holiday home you will be welcomed by a beautiful green garden and a very large heated swimming pool of 11x6m (depth 1.5m). The infinity pool with Roman steps is surrounded by lots of greenery, cozy terraces and garden furniture. You can enjoy an impressive sea view from the terraces. You are almost with your feet in the water. Just take the stairs down you cross the street and via a small road you will find yourself with your feet in the sand. Although you are close to everything, you still enjoy complete privacy without any view. The holiday home is completely fenced for an extra safe feeling. In Villa Lili Rose you will enjoy a comfortable and spacious interior with everything you need. There is air conditioning in each bedroom that can be controlled separately. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms enjoy a large terrace with a beautiful unique views of the sea and the islands.

here is an incredible amount to do in the area. The beach, restaurants and shops are barely 100 meters from the holiday home. With the house right on the beach you can try every possible watersport. Diving, water-skiing, pedal-boats, sailing, or hire your own boat for a day out on the water. There are also a great many golf courses in the area and every Thursday there is a local Provencal market in Le Lavandou. Cyclists and joggers will also find their happiness thanks to the many paths in the area. There is a nudist beach 2km away. The road is audible, but the song of the crickets is much more present. The house does have a very peaceful and restful character. The ramp up is challenging. A top holiday home in southern France.
