Maison Meurice Maison Meurice is a Villa in France in Haute Savoie, with the border of Switzerland being only 500 yards away. The house was built by the current owner’s father in 1958. The Villa is detached with a large garden that was created by the owner’s mother over several years. The house has a kitchen, fully equipped with a gas hob and an electric oven, and all the necessary cutlery and crockery to ensure a very comfortable visit. The house has 2 double bedrooms, which have both recently been painted and decorated. Both rooms have wardrobe space. There is a large dining room with a table that can seat 6 people, this leads out onto a large terrace area, which is perfect for warm summer’s evenings with views of the garden and the Jura Mountains in the distance. The Villa has a bathroom which also accommodates a washer/ dryer, very helpful for people who ski, or have children. There is a comfortable sitting room with a sofa and chairs. The house has central heating for the winter months. The Villa has a large, secure, fenced garden both front and back making it very safe for pets.

Th area is quiet and calm. it is 15 minutes be car from Geneva or a pleasant, short bus ride from the closest Swiss Village, Veryier. There are many interesting walks close by and he possibility to ski is available with 5 ski stations within a one hour drive of the accommodation. Many interesting and beautiful towns are accessible, such as Annecy, Evian, Thonon, Aix Les Bains and many more places of interest in both France and Switzerland. Le Saleve has a cable car operating which takes you to the top and from here you can have panoramic views of the area, across both France and Switzerland. You can also find interesting walks. The Villa has a large . secure and enclosed garden and is perfect for pets.
