The fireplace is not in working order. -The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped and spacious. -Separate WC Upstairs: -Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x190) - chest of drawers -Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - wardrobe. Direct access to the private south-facing balcony with two sun loungers and a parasol. There is a step of approximately 50 centimetres between the bedroom and the balcony. -Bedroom 3: Master suite with king-size bed (180x200). There is a large wardrobe and a relaxation area with an armchair and sofa. Smart TV. Direct access to the bathroom with walk-in shower (hairdryer and hair straightener). -A bathroom with walk-in shower. -A separate toilet on the landing. Outside: - A beautiful 400 m² semi-enclosed garden (access on the side of the house is not closed). The garden is carefully maintained with three beautiful palm trees and an olive tree. - A terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola equipped with comfortable and elegant ‘Fermob’ garden furniture.
