Located 3 km from the natural reserve Col de Vence, near Vence - old medieval town. Nice and seaside 20 min by car, Saint-Paul-de-Vence - 10 min. Big garden with fruits and berries. Playground for children. Fireplace inside and grill outside. Parking for two cars. We haven’t Jacuzzi and heating is not included
