With 85 m² of space, Villa Xarma accommodates up to seven guests. The bright living-dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The three comfortable bedrooms are spread across multiple levels. On the first floor, one bedroom has a 160 cm double bed with a built-in closet, while another features a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. A small office space is also available. On the second level, a third bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. The villa includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet on the ground floor. The private terrace, equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture, is ideal for relaxing and outdoor dining. For a comfortable stay, the villa offers Wi-Fi, a large TV, and a private parking space. Baby equipment, including a travel cot, high chair, and stroller, is available on request for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are provided, so all you need to do is unpack and enjoy.
