Vintage Guesthouse of 85m² on two levels, fully decorated in vintage style, for 4 people. Ground floor: A sunny entrance courtyard surrounded by flowers and vines, including outdoor furniture and a sun sail. A kitchen/living room with a gas stove, oven/microwave, kettle, espresso machine, fridge/freezer, and a dresser for 4 people. Living room with an open fireplace, a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a Statélite/Netflix TV stand and Wi-Fi. A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. 1st floor: A large bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a wardrobe/closet, plus a travel cot. A large bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a wardrobe/closet.
Rentals are for a minimum of 3 days. Jérôme will hand over the keys between 4 pm and 8 pm and will inspect your departure before 11 am. Cleaning is included in the rental (we expect the Guesthouse to be tidy, the dishes to be done, and the trash to be taken out upon your departure). Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental.
In the heart of the village of Saint-Fort-sur-Gironde in Charente Maritime, between Bordeaux and Royan, 25 minutes from the Plage des Nonnes beach in Meschers-sur-Gironde, the Vintage Guesthouse offers a renovated and listed village house with a flower-filled courtyard. Numerous walks between the sea and vineyards are possible, and the port of Maubert is 4 km away. Beautiful villages to visit include Mortagne-sur-Gironde, Talmont (among the most beautiful villages in France), and Jonzac (thermal spa). This is a region of Pineau and Cognac, as well as Marennes oysters and carrelets, not to mention the bird park in Blaye. Village facilities. Free parking nearby. A bakery, a Coop, a hardware store, the Saturday morning market, and a fish market are located in Port-Maubert.
