In the heart of the French countryside, stay in large beautifully renovated XIXth century country house. Surrounded by woodland and the river Anglin, you can enjoy beautiful walks, fishing and cycling or just lie by the pool during the day; have a barbecue while sipping wine from the region in the evening and fall asleep to the sound of the crickets and river at night. Close to the Chateaux of the Loire and the Futuroscope theme park, you can also make your stay a cultural one. The pool is available for use from beginning of May to end of September.
We will be here to welcome you when you arrive and to show you around. We will provide you with essentials as soon as you arrive as well as a complimentary bottle of wine so that you may relax as soon as you get here. We are also available for you throughtout your stay for any assistance you may need and to advise you and to book local restaurants if you wish.
The region can cater for a variety of tastes but prides itself on its natural beauty. The Moulin de Segere is located inside the Natural Park of the Brenne, also called the Park of the 1000 ponds, that has diverse wildlife and unspoilt beauty. We also recommend you visit the beautiful city of Chauvigny or Angles-sur-l'Anglin and its beautiful ruins. The region is close to the Chateaux of the Loire and the Futuroscope theme park if you want a nice daytrip.
