It measures 35 m2 and can accommodate up to 2 travelers. It comprises a lovely 15 m2 living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a 6 m2 terrace. The accommodation includes : - A 15 m2 living room with sofa and TV - A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) with box spring storage - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A shared swimming pool, heated and open from 1st April to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions) with cover and alarm. Access to the pool is via the owner's garden. - A private 6 m2 terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - The maximum capacity is 2 people - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic) - Pets (under 15 kg) are allowed in the accommodation on request and for an extra charge of e15/stay.
