Situated amongst a collection of thirteen boutique properties at the prestigious 30 Chipping Norton development. Each property is an elegant and spacious retreat that offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and classic Cotswold charm. Step inside and find spacious bedrooms, beautifully appointed bathrooms There are stunning tranquil terraces with outdoor seating and convenient onsite parking for one car per property.

Neighbourhood information

The homes are located in the heart of Chipping Norton, locally known as 'Chippy'. It is a short walk to lots of excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs. It is close to the well-known Daylesford Farm, Diddly Squat Farm and Soho Farmhouse. It is a short drive to other popular nearby villages such as Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Moreton in the Marsh, Burford, Chipping Campden and many more. Oxford a 45 minute journey by train or car Blenheim Palace is around 25 minutes away Bicester Village is around 35 minutes away.
