Alisha is also one of the Coastal Holidays team members and is here to help with any enquiries and managing your booking. Jo joined Charles Head as Head of Lettings in 2019, bringing with her extensive experience in the local lettings sector, with an in-depth knowledge of the local area. South Devon has always been home for Jo and her experience gained has since earned her the reputation as one of the region’s most highly regarded letting agents.

This impressive waterside townhouse, comes with 4 wonderfully presented bedrooms, situated across three floors with the convenience of a lift. Steps to the side of the property lead directly into the water with Paddle board hire located a short walk away. Watch the activities on the water (or even join in!), catch the ferry to Salcombe, or take a walk into Kingsbridge for fresh breads & pastries & end the day watching the sunset from the balcony. Plenty to do and see whilst staying with us.
