I have being offering serviced accommodation for 8 years in Exeter, whilst also running our in house cleaning team. We aim to offer a high service, where nothing is too much trouble. Choose this house, and you really will benefit from having hosts who provide an impressive array of services designed to ensure all guests have a memorable time in Exeter. As well as being on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have, the team are also happy to arrange: Airport pick ups and drop offs, a laundry service, home-cooked meals prepared and delivered to your door, full housekeeping service and restaurant reservations. Just ask for any of these when you make your booking. I can be contacted from 9am to 9pm, every day of the week, if I am unavailable, another contact number will be confirmed.

All the area’s shops, bars and restaurants will be literally on your doorstep. One highly recommended visiting is Harrys Restaurant which is just 20 steps away from the property. There are also great parks for quiet walks or early morning jogs, and Exeter offers up plenty of water-based entertainment, including canoeing, boating and waterside strolls in Exeter Quay, where you’ll also find quaint shops, quirky craft workshops, pubs and waterside eateries. Exeter University is just a 10-minute walk away, so if you are working or studying here or attending graduation, then staying in this house really makes sense.

For Friernhay Court, parking is subject to availability. Parking is £10.00 a day, you will receive an invoice from us to have this settled before your stay. Please make sure you have provided your registration. This is a private parking, no parking ticket is needed.
