11b Beachside is a lovely individual apartment located in a quiet residential road just off the seafront, within easy reach of The Sovereign Centre (swimming pool & leisure center) and Princes Park, with its lake, bowling green and putting green. Tennis courts and local shops, including a supermarket, are also within walking distance. Beachside offers one double bedroom and one twin room. The large lounge is light and airy with a large bay window, family bathroom and a very spacious kitchen, dining room. There is a sofabed in the living room The South Downs National Park is on the door step providing glorious walks with breath-taking views. The beach is within 5 minutes’ walk and the town, theatres and National Downs all nearby. Great for children of all ages. TV, and WiFi Walking distance to the pier, theatres & shops, Family friendly Great for children of all ages. Bus stops for bus routes to the start of the South Down Way, the station and town centre or the open top sight-seeing bus are just a few metres away. Close to the beach, Treasure Island kids play area, Eastbourne Pier and Princess Park all within walking distance. Eastbourne is bursting with so many things to see and do; you might want to extend your visit to fit more of the activities in and we are sure you will want to come back! There are a good number of National Trust properties nearby or you could discover 1066 castles, the museums and art galleries.
