    Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped cottage. Light and surprisingly spacious. Picnic table in back garden. Very nice welcome pack. Lovely communal grounds with the river running through. We saw lots of very cute rabbits during our stay!

Outside, there is parking for one car and a garden with a gravelled area and picnic bench. A cot, stairgate, and highchair available on request and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free home. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. - Note: The on-site facilities have specific rules and opening hours. Experience from Cumbria at 12 Eamont Park. Note: WiFi is only available in the main centre. Note: The pool is available between 9am - 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am - 12:30pm on Friday and a slot must be booked.
