Located at the heart of Cambridge, 10 minutes from the station and 5 from the city centre, enjoy this lovely space that will welcome you with an ample space and a warm, unique patio. The property is distributed in two floors with access through the main street and the more calm back of the building. It features a spacious living dining room, full equipped kitchen, stylish master bedroom with French balcony and a delightful patio that even has fairy lights for cozy evening.

In the dynamic centre of Cambridge. Everything is just few minutes from this property. Just off Hills Road, one of the main artery roads of Cambridge it links the internationally renowned Biomedical Centre, Addenbrookes Hospital. Leisure Park shopping centre, Cambridge Central train station, The Botanic Garden, the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and the English Martyrs all the way to Regents Street and the Grand Arcade Downtown through some world famous Cambridge University Colleges. Restaurant and supermarkets are all around as well as leisure spaces, the Cricket Club parks and important businesses. It's one of the most vibrant areas in Cambridge, while the flat still offers comforting quietness in the middle of the buzz.
