This is a fully furnished Townhouse, on three floors. The space being offered is the whole of the top floor for the exclusive enjoyment of the client. The space includes 2 large bedrooms all of which are fully furnished as per the picture. Please note that the large lounge , TV, kitchen and garden shown in the picture may be shared by other guests.

The neighbourhood is calm, offers easy transport links to London, via the Grays or Chafford Hundred train stations. The grand Lakeside Shopping Centre is about 5 mins bus ride from property and can also be done by foot. Tesco's is nearby. Overall the neighbourhood ticks all boxes
