Centrally Located Room in Birmingham for 1 Person Only- Close to M5/M6 - Netflix - Free Parking.The property is non-smoking and not for parties. The house has a beautiful lounge and dining area and fully furnished kitchen. Guest will benefit from a peaceful stay in a nice neighbourhood with Garden and Free Parking. Garden has Lounge chair, different seating areas, swing and outdoor table with Parasol and chairs. Bedroom has been designed to be very comfortable, modern and stylish. Guest can enjoy large windows looking out to the garden area and the city with plenty of light during the daytime. HOUSE RULE This is a Non-Smoking and Vaping House. No Parties or Alcohol allowed. Only Paid Guests are allowed. No outdoor shoes to be worn on carpeted staircase. Guest who fails to follow the House Rules will be asked to leave.
Chilled and easy going. I am passionate about giving guests a comfortable and great experience during their stay. I enjoy travelling, interior decorating and farming.
