The property is a 1 bedroomed cottage apartment with its own door( external steps) The lounge and kitchen have unique views over Eddleston Water. There is a shower room (no bath) and a spacious bedroom.
The host lives 45 minutes away but is available to answer any questions guests may have. Checkin is by lockbox at the door.
The apartment is situated on a quiet residential street a stroll from the main street in Peebles. The street is very quiet and very safe. The shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance as is the local theatre. Peebles is a great place to relax and unwind with lovely walks along the River Tweed or more strenuous walks through to Glentress Forest and up Venlaw Hill.
