Sleeps 7 – a stunning newly renovated and dazzlingly decorated 4 bedroom apartment right in the centre of St Andrews. The property provides a wonderful base from which to explore all that St Andrews and the wider Fife area has to offer. The apartment really is a “one-off” eschewing the current trend for bland and neutral décor that makes one holiday let look very like another. 12A Queen’s Gardens doesn’t look or feel like any holiday let you have stayed in before. You owe it to yourself to try it!

There is nowhere quite like St Andrews. It has world renowned golf courses, miles and miles of sandy beaches, fabulous coastal walks, world-class restaurants and the history of being an esteemed University town. There is something for everybody here. There are about 30 golf courses within 15 miles. The restaurants in the town are numerous and of excellent quality. Similarly excellent quality is to be found amongst the local shops, with a range of independent boutiques and artisan traders selling unique labels and fresh local produce from St Andrews and the surrounding area.
